SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via FedEx International Express from South Korea.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country.
Tracking details will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
The buyer is responsible for confirming local import laws and ensuring that the ordered products are permitted for import in their country.
In case of customs confiscation, rejection, or delays, SkinSori will not be responsible, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.
Returns & Refunds:
Due to product sensitivity and international regulations, returns and refunds are not accepted once the order has been shipped.
